Zeev Raz, a former fighter pilot and leader of the anti-Netanyahu protest movement, has been accused of advocating for the murder of the Prime Minister, reports Arutz-7. In a Facebook post, Raz appears to support the use of "rodef", a traditional Jewish law that allows the killing of someone who may cause harm to others, in regards to the Prime Minister. He stated that if a Prime Minister takes on the authority of a dictator, they become a "man of death" and should be killed.

This post has elicited strong reactions from various parties, with the Likud party calling for immediate action by law enforcement against Raz for incitement. Benny Gantz, National Unity Party chairman, condemned the remarks and stated that the fight against the government must be done through lawful means. Opposition leader Yair Lapid also condemned the comments and called for peaceful demonstration, protest, and activism.
