Liaison Department: Compliance Specialist

Compliance Specialist
This position may be completed remotely or in our Pikesville office.
30 hours a week or Full-time

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Compliance Specialist role. The Compliance Specialist’s job is to ensure Global Teletherapy is compliant with all school rules and protocols. Compliance Specialist maintains and update documentation as needed. The Compliance Specialist is responsible to ensure all students are being seen by their GT therapist. This position requires effective communication via phone and email and collaboration with internal staff for optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented with experience communicating with clients in a professional environment. This position may be completed remotely or in our Pikesville office. If working remotely, the work environment must be quiet and professional.

Job Description:
Pull reports from schools systems and review the data to ensure we are in compliance.
Pull reports from multiple systems and manipulate the data in order for it to be sent out to therapists and internal staff.
Spot check systems and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy.
Email therapists with concerns and questions regarding expectations.
Communicate with the internal team and management as needed.

Job Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, strong work ethic, and responsible.
Excellent organization and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed oriented
Innovative and able to problem solve.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Google Drive

Education/Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a professional work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
