Come join the Global Teletherapy Team! Global Teletherapy is a thriving company in the fast-paced and growing industry of teletherapy. Seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Onboarding Specialist role. The Onboarding Specialist’s job is to assess coverage needs and ensure the schools are staffed with quality therapists. Onboarding Specialist is responsible to vet candidates and provide therapists with support and excellent “user experience” during the onboarding process. This position requires effective communication via phone and email with therapists and collaboration with internal staff for optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, innovative, and detail oriented with experience communicating with clients in a professional environment. This position may be completed remotely or in our Pikesville office. If working remotely, the work environment must be quiet and professional.
Job Description:
Assess coverage and needs based on the current therapist pool to determine where the team should focus recruitment efforts.
Effectively communicate with candidates via telephone and email regarding the available opportunities, contract details, and the onboarding process.
Support and assist therapists throughout the onboarding process to advance candidates through the pipeline in a smooth and efficient manner.
Utilize online database to track onboarding and active therapists and associated data.
Ensure all hiring activity and practices including record keeping are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Communicate with internal team and management to provide updates regarding anticipated coverage and outstanding needs.
Job Requirements:

Innovative and able to problem solve.
Excellent organization and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Google Drive
Education/Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a professional work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
