About the Position

Global Teletherapy is seeking a highly motivated and talented team player to join our fast‐paced, growing and challenging environment. The ideal candidate is a dynamic administrative, sales, or recruiting professional focused on the vetting and placement of high-quality candidates within our national network of clients.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, responsible for working in collaboration with clinical hiring managers to support the full life cycle of the recruitment and hiring process for Global Teletherapy positions. Ensures outstanding customer service and collaboration with Global Teletherapy.

This position supports the successful recruiting of hundreds of independent contractor therapists across the country.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Work independently and manage multiple high priorities workload functions associated with the backend of the recruitment cycle.
Demonstrating required organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment where meeting client contractual deadlines are paramount and brand-necessary for GT.
Effectively communicating with candidates via telephone and email regarding the specifications of applied for career opportunities, terms of their offer, GT’s vetting, and onboarding process.
Developing, planning, and leveraging inter-departmental communications with other departments within the company to assist in the seamless preparation and onboarding of new hires.
Keeping track of and being able to search for candidates in our online database
Learn the entire recruiting workflow quickly
Ensure every candidate being considered for a position quickly moves through Global Teletherapy’s recruitment and hiring process – i.e., candidate self-assessment, working interviews, performance and productivity assessment, references, credential verification, telephone and/or in-person behavioral-based interview, etc.
Ensure that you are maintaining the company’s Applicant Tracking System, ensuring the integrity of the data input, resume input, and related information.
Manage the handling of all administrative tasks associated with the recruitment and hiring process –e.g., applicant tracking, thank you and regret letters, position file maintenance, EEO and other compliance reporting, internal reporting, and related tasks.
Ensure all hiring activity/practices including record keeping are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Submits performance and productivity reports as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be creative, innovative, strong work ethics, with the ability to connect with high quality candidates and then build rapport to successfully help Global Teletherapy acquire new talent.
Must have strong exploration, follow through, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills with proven experience placing candidates within short timelines.

Must have integrity and a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues involving all internal and external customers.
Skill in working under pressure.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resource Management or related field Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.[MOU2]

EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of experience in a professional sales, administrative, human resources, or recruiting environment
Experience recruiting healthcare, public health, and/or clinical positions preferred
