About the Position

Baltimore Yachad is looking to expand!

We are seeking a full time, Regional Director to expand Baltimore Yachad within the Atlantic Seaboard Region.

The Regional Director provides strategic vision, leadership, and managerial oversight based on an understanding of the local special needs community. Specifically, the Regional Director oversees programming, staff training and management, and community relations in each city. The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring that the region is strategically growing in order to best serve the special needs community and to promote inclusion within every aspect of Jewish life.

Main responsibilities include overseeing programming in the region, performing development, marketing, and outreach in the Greater Baltimore area, and guiding and overseeing the creation of Yachad chapters in the Potomac and Silver Spring areas by recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff.

Experience with Development, Jewish communal service, and experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferred.
