The speech came after he met with Al Sharpton and made an appearance on ABC’s The View. His trips and national appearances have fueled the conversation that Moore is a 2028 presidential candidate contender, though he has repeatedly said he’s not running in 2028. “I am not running,” Gov. A number of foreign airlines extended their cancellations of flights to Tel Aviv on Monday, a day after a Houthi missile struck near Ben Gurion Airport, and as the Yemen-based terror group threatened to “blockade” Israel’s main transit hub. Due to the flight cancellations, Israeli carriers started to add some flights and cap one-way fares to help Israelis stranded overseas to travel back home. However, the shortage of available seats was turning the efforts by flagship carrier El Al Israel Airlines and smaller local carriers into no more than a gesture. United Airlines extended its cancellation of flights to and from Newark Airport through May 11, beyond its original cancellation through May 8. The Lufthansa group of carriers — which also includes SWISS, Austrian...

Earlier, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu shared remarks made by US President Donald Trump about a month and a half ago regarding the need to exact a price from the Houthis, emphasizing that Israel will strike not only the Houthis but also their backers in Iran. "President Trump is absolutely right! Attacks by the Houthis emanate from Iran. Israel wi...

US President Donald Trump says the aim of his administration’s nuclear talks with Iran is to achieve “total dismantlement” of Tehran’s nuclear program, but that he is open to letting the Islamic Republic pursue civilian nuclear energy. Trump makes the comments in an interview conducted on Friday and airing today on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “I think that I would be open to hearing it, you know?” Trump tells Kristen Welker about the possibility of allowing Iran to develop nuclear energy for non-military purposes. “Civilian energy, it’s called. But you know, civilian energy often leads to military wars. And we don’t want to have them to have a nuclear weapon. It’s a very simple deal,” he adds.
