An Arab male walking by the entrance to the Jerusalem Central Bus Station aroused the suspicions of guards. He was asked to identify himself and then resisted a search.
When security personnel search him, he was found to be concealing a knife. He was taken into custody.
Earlier this week one of the security guards was stabbed and critically wounded as the knife penetrated his heart. He is recuperating in an intensive care unit in Shaare Zedek Medical Center in the capital.
