About the Position

Liaison Job Description: Customer success representative, serving as a liaison between our schools and therapists.

Responsibilities:
● Timely communication with therapists and schools
● Assigning new referrals
● Meeting with school personnel for monthly touch-base meetings
● Training new therapists on school specific systems
● Overseeing current therapists to ensure school specific requirements are being met
● Collaborating/Training with current and new liaisons
● Communicating with billing and recruiting departments
● Assessing current and anticipated school needs
● Ensuring provider handbooks are up to date and most effective
● Establishing school specific documents for new schools assigned to
● Reviewing current provider training and updating as necessary

Location: Remote, MD
Salary: Starting $40k/year
