Bookkeeper - Part Time

About the Position

Busy Bookkeeping firm in search of part time bookkeeper. Applicant must have QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience including: monthly reconciliations, preparing journal entries, maintaining General Ledger, payroll reconciliation and be familiar with standard financial statements (P&L and balance sheet). Word and Excel skills. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly, promptly, and effectively with clients in person, on the phone and through e-mail. Must be detail oriented, responsible, self-motivated, courteous, punctual, quick, accurate, independent and have the ability to multi-task.
