About the Position

Property Preservation Client Representative is responsible for all aspects of the client�s property preservation needs.

Responsibilities:

Client & Vendor Liaison
Create & Update Work Orders
Manage all client work orders for property preservation services
Provide follow-up to Client regarding property status and document in system
Review updates to ensure all work on property has been completed
Ensure all services are up to FFP standards
Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal Integrity
Reliable & Dependable
Team Oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frames
Stable work history - No more than three (3) jobs in the last five (5) years - a Plus
Experience in the Property Preservation / construction / remodeling field is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Ability to navigate multiple computer programs; knowledge of Microsoft
