Basement rooms for rent

we have two finished rooms in basement which can be rented together or separately. $300 for small room (1 bed), $500 for larger room (2 beds). There is a bathroom w shower stall. Rent includes all utilities and washer / dryer. There is no kitchen but there is a freezer and room for small fridge and microwave. Private entrance in back of house. If someone or a few friends would want both rooms, price would be $650. to reach me, best if you can text and I'll call you back.
