Demonstrate 2 tracking devices used to locate missing persons with Alzheimer�s, Down syndrome, autism and dementia. One device uses Radio Frequencies to track the missing person. This is currently used by the NWCP. The second device call PAL(Protect and Locate) used GPS/Cell technology to locate the missing person. Call 410-466-4188 for more information.
